Cement factory hall at Vác

We built Hungary’s one of the widest (70m) span halls with 3 knuckles, 200m length, and
trapezoid sheet covering at Vác. It ‘s interesting that the material use of the building is rather low. (46/kg/m2)
Building of the hall, we used special methods for assembling. We preassembled the half-beams of the hall, than we turned them around the foot knuckles with cranes.

Here we installed long bandbridges at the hight of 60-80m. We premanufactured the bridges in the factory than on site we assebled them, put all the coverings on, than these 60-80 tons elements we lifted to their places with two mobile cranes.
